Korea Investment Management Enhances ETF with Name Change

Korea Investment Management announced the renaming of its 'ACE CD Rate & Short-Term Bond Active' ETF to 'ACE Money Market Active' to enhance investment intuitiveness. This change aims to provide investors with clearer investment strategies. The ETF focuses on investments in certificates of deposit (CD) and short-term bonds with a maturity of up to three months, addressing increasing demand for short-term monetary market funds.
The ETF's primary investment targets are securities with a credit rating of AA or higher, structured with a portfolio comprising 70% short-term bonds and commercial paper, 20% CD, and 10% cash assets. It aims to achieve returns exceeding the 91-day CD rate, with a current yield-to-maturity (YTM) of 2.88%, compared to the 2.67% CD rate as of the 23rd. The duration of this ETF is 0.16 years, making it suitable for investors seeking short-term investment stability. This strategy provides a competitive option amidst current interest rate fluctuations.
