KB Asset Management Launches Fixed-Ratio Covered Call ETFs
KB Asset Management has launched the first fixed-ratio covered call ETFs in South Korea. The new ETFs are named 'RISE America Tech 100 Daily Fixed Covered Call' and 'RISE America AI Value Chain Daily Fixed Covered Call'. These newly listed ETFs fix the call option sell ratio at 10% of the underlying asset, aiming to reduce investment risks and pursue stable returns.
Last month, 'RISE America Dividend 100 Daily Fixed Covered Call' ETF was launched and recorded 500,000 shares of net individual purchases within just three days of release. This indicates high interest among investors. The strategy involves buying the underlying asset while selling call options to provide stable returns and monthly distributions, investing in the top 100 NASDAQ stocks and AI value chain sectors.
Thus, KB Asset Management’s new fixed-ratio covered call ETFs aim to balance long-term stability and profitability. They are particularly suitable as accumulative pension investment products.
