Hana Bank Overhauls Non-Face-to-Face ETF Trading Service for Retirement Pension Clients
Hana Bank has completely revamped its non-face-to-face ETF trading service for retirement pension customers, focusing on its 'Hana One Q' mobile app. The update is highlighted by its integration with the 'ETF CHECK' platform in partnership with Koscom, enabling users to conveniently access real-time market prices and quotes. Importantly, a new notification function alerts investors when their target rate of return is reached, supporting timely sell decisions.
The overhaul aims to enhance efficiency in managing retirement assets and streamline the investment decision-making process. Hana Bank continues to expand customer-centered offerings, such as the deployment of pension investment consultants and tailored portfolio alert services. The bank's retirement pension reserves have grown substantially, reportedly reaching approximately 49 trillion KRW last year.
To commemorate the upgrade, a special 'ETF Purchase Experience Event' runs until August 20, offering various prizes to 3,000 participants. Hana Bank plans to further improve its digital pension services, with continuous updates to maximize user convenience and asset management efficiency.
