Recovery in Domestic Stock Market Fuels Growth in Value-Add ETFs

The rebound in the domestic stock market this year has significantly increased interest in 'Value-Add' ETFs. These ETFs, which track the Korea Value-Up Index and invest in companies with high potential for shareholder returns, have shown strong growth in net asset values and returns since the beginning of the year. Notably, the 'KIWOOM Korea Value-Up' and 'ACE Shareholder Return Value Active' ETFs have achieved substantial growth rates in both asset values and returns, capturing investors' attention.
The stock market rebound particularly benefited ETFs that experienced losses last year. These funds are demonstrating a stable recovery with returns ranging from 4% to 7%, regaining investors' confidence. Furthermore, the domestic stock nature of these ETFs provides tax advantages, which enhances their appeal and strengthens their positive outlook for the future.
