Mirae Asset Announces Launch of Bond-Mixed REITs ETFs
Mirae Asset Global Investments has announced the launch of two new ETFs: 'TIGER REITs Real Estate Infrastructure TOP10 Active ETF' and 'TIGER REITs Real Estate Infrastructure 10 Bond-Mix Active ETF'. These products mark the first bond-mixed REITs ETFs in Korea, designed to offer stable dividends and low volatility. Notably, the 'TIGER REITs Real Estate Infrastructure TOP10 Active ETF' stands out as a unique active REIT ETF in the market with the flexibility to actively engage in rights offerings and new asset acquisitions. Meanwhile, the 'TIGER REITs Real Estate Infrastructure 10 Bond-Mix Active ETF' is crafted as a bond mixed type, providing investors with a viable option during transitional market periods.
Both ETFs focus heavily on high-quality domestic REITs and infrastructure stocks like Macquarie Infrastructure, paying dividends on the 15th of every month. The monthly dividend payment, tax-saving benefits, and exceptionally low management fees aim to maximize profitability for investors, presenting a solution that addresses the limitations of traditional REIT investment products.
