Seven New ETFs to be Listed and Launches of Financial Protection Products
On the 31st, Korea Exchange will welcome the listing of seven new ETFs from leading asset managers including Samsung, Woori, Daishin, and Kiwoom. The new passive ETF products—such as KODEX US AI Optical Network, KIWOOM US Growth Dow Jones, WON Doosan Group Focus, and DAISHIN343 Office REITs Plus—will offer exposure to different industries and investment themes. Active ETFs, including ACE K-Export Core TOP10 Industry Active from Korea Investment Trust, PLUS Global Copyright Core Company Active from Hanwha, and 1Q Silver Active from Hana, will broaden investment opportunities in key sectors like export leaders and global IP rights. Investors should note that these funds’ performance may vary due to factors such as management costs and adjustments in fund composition.
In addition to ETF developments, Kyobo Life has introduced the ‘Non-Participating Kyobo Balance Health Insurance’ targeting people in their 30s and 40s, featuring coverage for major illnesses and long-term protection up to 100 years of age. NH Nonghyup Bank is providing a free voice phishing insurance product for customers aged 60 or older, underscoring efforts to enhance consumer protection in the financial sector. These diversified product launches in ETFs and insurances offer investors and customers new opportunities for portfolio diversification and risk management.
