Global Nuclear Infrastructure ETFs on the Rise

Global Nuclear Infrastructure Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) are experiencing an upward trend. The reactivation of nuclear power plants in the United States has been a major catalyst for this development. Specifically, the 'RISE Global Nuclear' ETF has recorded the highest return at 9.24%. This is closely related to the announcement by Constellation Energy, the largest nuclear power company in the US, to resume commercial operation of Unit 1 at the Three Mile Island nuclear power plant in Pennsylvania by 2028.
The increasing demand for electricity driven by AI and data centers is emphasizing the necessity of nuclear power plants. According to Boston Consulting Group, the power consumption of data centers in the US is expected to surge. Against this backdrop, the performance of nuclear ETFs is improving. The 'HANARO Nuclear iSelect' and 'ACE Nuclear Theme Deep Search' ETFs have also shown impressive returns of 55.48% and 43.75%, respectively.
