Record Growth for Samsung's KODEX NASDAQ 100 TR ETF
Samsung Asset Management's 'KODEX NASDAQ 100 TR' ETF attracted 895.3 billion KRW in investments throughout 2022, making it the largest of its kind. This fund tracks the NASDAQ 100 index and has seen notable performance partly due to favorable exchange rate movements. While the NASDAQ 100 index increased by 25.9%, the 'KODEX NASDAQ 100 TR' achieved a 45.9% return rate, thanks to automatic dividend reinvestment through its Total Return (TR) approach.
The fund's net assets have expanded significantly from 590.2 billion KRW to 1.74 trillion KRW. This growth reflects continuous investor interest and positions the fund as a high-potential investment product. Samsung Asset Management plans to leverage this success to provide more diverse ETF investment opportunities.
