Surge of AI Software and Gold ETFs in Market

Mirae Asset's 'TIGER America AI Software Top 4 Plus ETF' recorded a net purchase of 11.6 billion won by individuals on its first day of listing. This ETF encompasses 10 major US AI software companies, such as Palantir, Oracle, AppLovin, and Figma, with 70% focused on the top four. This design reflects the characteristic of the AI software market where profits are concentrated in a few entities. Palantir provides data integration platforms, Oracle is recognized in the cloud infrastructure sector, AppLovin offers mobile advertising and app marketing platforms, and Figma is growing in the design software market.
ACE KRX Gold ETF by Korea Investment Trust Management has surpassed 1.5 trillion won in net assets. This reflects a 157.75% increase from the end of the previous year, with 3.939 billion won net purchase by individual investors contributing to continuous fund inflow this year. Its 52.06% return over the past year ranks it as the second highest among domestic commodity ETFs. Furthermore, its fee has been reduced from 0.5% to 0.19%, enhancing its attraction and expected to improve long-term returns.
