Korea Investment & Securities Expands ETF Auto-Investment Service to Retirement Accounts

Korea Investment & Securities has launched the industry's first ETF auto-investment service for retirement accounts. The service allows automatic monthly purchases of up to 20 different ETFs within a predetermined amount, ranging from a minimum of 50,000 won to a maximum of 100 million won. Additionally, customers who use the service by the end of November can receive mobile vouchers worth up to 120,000 won. The head of the retirement pension division has emphasized that this service is beneficial for long-term profit enhancement.

Recently, Hanwha Asset Management and Korea Investment Management delisted several strategic ETFs, including 'PLUS KS Quality Weighted TR' and 'ACE Smart Low Vol'. Conversely, strategic ETFs in the U.S. are gaining popularity with returns higher than the S&P 500 index.
