Focusing on U.S. 30-year Treasury bonds, this ETF sells call options to secure an annual premium of 12%. The product's appeal lies in its low total fees and a monthly distribution yield of about 1%, attracting significant interest from individual investors.
Since its listing, net purchases were recorded on 151 out of 170 trading days, amounting to approximately 300 billion won from individual investors. Additionally, pension fund investments have poured in, estimated at around 150 billion won. The ETF's popularity is also driven by investors' expectations of a long-term decline in U.S. treasury yields.
