Samsung Active Asset Management has announced that the KoAct Dividend Growth Active ETF will shift its dividend policy from quarterly to monthly payouts. With this change, investors can expect a regular monthly dividend targeting 0.5%, reflecting rising demand among Korean investors for steady cash flows from ETFs. The ETF has achieved an impressive return of 39.9% since January 2023, and an even more striking 111.5% over the past year. The portfolio is comprised of 69 stocks, including Samsung Electronics preferred shares at 24.4% and SK Hynix at 15.4%, emphasizing both stability from blue-chip holdings and a focus on dividend growth potential. The total annual management fee is 0.5%, keeping costs relatively low for investors. Notably, Samsung Active Asset Management plans to provide additional special dividends in 2025 and 2026, offering more upside opportunities for investors.
