RISE FKTB 5Y Dur ff
Introduction
The RISE FKTB 5Y Dur ff ETF seeks to provide investment results that, before expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the F-KTB5 Duration Following Index (A derivative-type ETF that invests more than 60% in futures)
Investment Points
It is possible to invest in government bonds with a duration of 5 years, which is difficult to invest in as individual products. You can use it as an investment means to gain capital gains through government bonds during falling interest rates. It is a complementary investment in government bond futures with a duration of 2-3 years (high stability) or 10 years (high volatility). In addition to futures margin, the remaining assets can be invested in domestic bonds, etc., to earn additional income. * Although 5-year government bond futures are listed on the Korea Exchange, the actual trading volume is insignificant, making it difficult to use as an ETF benchmark index. Therefore, a strategy is used to match a similar duration to 5-year government bond futures by utilizing 3-year and 10-year government bond futures, which are actively traded. (Bond interest rates move differently depending on maturity, so the theoretical price changes of actual 5-year government bond futures and the price changes of the 5-year government bond futures tracking index may differ.)
